Curl Wrap Care Guide | How to Wash & Care for Your Hair Towel

Your Curl Wrap is made from soft organic jersey cotton with a touch of elastane for stretch and comfort. Like all quality cotton products, proper care helps maintain the fabric's softness, absorbency and longevity.
Taking care of your Curl Wrap is important because hair products, oils and residue can build up on the fabric over time, reducing its effectiveness. Following the care instructions below will help keep your wrap fresh, gentle on your hair and performing at its best wash after wash.
Washing Instructions
- Wash at 30°C or below to help prevent excessive shrinkage and maintain fabric quality.
- Wash with similar colours.
- Use a mild detergent.
- Avoid fabric conditioner or fabric softener, as these can coat the cotton fibres and reduce absorbency.
- Do not bleach.
Drying Instructions
- Hang to dry where possible.
- Alternatively, tumble dry on a low heat setting.
- Avoid high temperatures, which can contribute to shrinkage and unnecessary wear.
Ironing
Iron on a low setting if required.
How Often Should I Wash My Curl Wrap?
We recommend washing your Curl Wrap every few uses to keep it fresh and free from product build-up. If you regularly use styling products such as leave-in conditioners, curl creams or gels, you may wish to wash it more frequently.
A Note on Shrinkage
As your Curl Wrap is made primarily from natural cotton fibres, a small amount of shrinkage after the first wash is completely normal. Following the recommended washing and drying instructions will help minimise shrinkage and keep your wrap looking and feeling its best.
