Returns Policy
Due to the nature of our products, which are personal care items, we cannot accept returns for hygiene reasons unless an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong product.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be faulty, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.
- Be returned in the same condition in which you received it.
- Be returned in its original packaging.
- Be received by us within 30 days of the delivery date confirmed by Royal Mail.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns sent without prior authorisation will not be accepted.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning items, as we cannot issue refunds or exchanges for packages that are lost in transit or do not arrive with us.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome of your refund request.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please note that it may take up to 5 working days for your bank or credit card provider to process and apply the refund to your account.
